I purchased a delte leather lounge suite from Furniture city in December last year 2012. Firstly in February this year the recliner stopped working on the two seater and the stitching was coming out on the arm rest. So I called them and told them they took forever to respond to my complaint and when they did it took them about a month to return my two seater to me. Now in July the three seater has caved in and there is white stuffing coming out under the recliner. you cannot push the recliner back in because the arm rest has bent inwards. During all of this I have not once in the past two and a half weeks received a call telling me when they will be coming to pick it up. The whole time I am still paying R1500.00 a month for 36 months. I have not even had this lounge suite for a year and it is giving me so much stress. I told them that I do not want the lounge suite anymore they told me I cannot return it because they did not force me to buy it. I am currently paying just over R30 000.000 for a lounge suite that has so many problems. I told them I should have just taken about R2000 from my salary a bought a second hand lounge suite from a pawn shop instead of paying so much.
