Stuck in lift for 1 hour 30 min with baby and kid

Stuck in the lift for over an hour with my wife and 2 kids..asked for water and hydration stuff for kids when lift opens.nothing... asked to speak to managment during ordeal, nothing..get out of lift to be taken to dark dingy room like a criminal..taken to managment office to be told i will be contacted 1st thing in the morning... nothing.. taken very lightly by Sharon and Stanton... where a R250 ..mock voucher thrown in my face which i gave in charity... it was realy a scary ordeal treated very lightly by managment and liberty properties... please becareful as your lives as well as that of your family could be in danger..there is much more that happened not mentioned here
