Got Stuck in the Lifts

Last night after dropping a friend off at OR Tambo I had the unpleasant experience of been stuck in the lifts in the parking garage (lift MSP ML1). I was stuck in the Lift with 2 friends and their 1 year old . i pressed the bell 3 times over the next 5min and all i got was a automated message saying please be patient help is on their way. only after holding the buzzer for about 30sec did some one answer. they were totally useless. you couldn't hear them, and the one suggestions is that we should try and open the doors. Well guess what that was the 1st thing we tried. i then phone the emergency number and spoke to another person who was a bit better and let us know that there were people on the way and to please stay calm. when finally the lift was sorted and we got out there was no one there to say sorry for the inconvenience or check that we were all OK. This is the first port of entry for many tourists into our country and this if what they have to deal with. another issues was that the boys bathroom by the KEG only had one urinal working with the other 2 overflowing with. But a big up to the guy working there who cleaned the toilets after every use
