Renew-it Randburg

After an ordeal with Renew IT Randburg, finally took back my car to get finished off as they had not done it before. Dropped off the car this morning of which Eddie promised to contact me once done, collect me to get my car - Nothing.

I called him earlier, said car had been done for a while, he will send driver to collect me to get car after which I had asked him if I should not find a lift to them to collect. It is 18h11, no one is picking up, no one has collected/ delivered my car. I am now stuck at work without a lift home.

What pathetic service. Perhaps would be a great idea to shut down as it is obvious staff are incompetent - the emergency number for Rodney Pillay rings to no answer - what is the point of it being there if no one will pick it up.
