Poor Service at Meyers

Today I arrived at Meyers at 07h30am for my bakkie to be fixed. I finished with the lady thats takes the infomation before at 08h00 am and she asked whether I need the lift and I said yes, she said I must wait at the waiting room. I waited and the hour passed and I went back to the receptionist to ask whats going on and they show me the driver and he gave me a lift at 09h10am. On our way I asked the driver where were they because I was in the waiting room for almost an hour to my suprise the driver said he was at the premisies not knowing that there are people at the waiting room. This is a bad service because I was very late at work
