Charlene sales lady at Hirsches is fantastic

I am an animal when i receive bad customer service and dont stop until i am satisfied, so must take the time to mention the times that i receive exceptional customer service.

Charlene sold me a washer and dryer, and ive had quite a number of issues with them, but not to worry, as Charlene is so incredibly proffessional, so incredibly efficient and moves mountains so fast that you dont have the time to begin to get upset about the issue as she remedies it with a smile and it turns a negative into a huge positive.
I am now a committed and loyal customer to hirsches strubensvalley because of this one person and actualy have thought to myself"isnt there some thing else i need" just because i want this girl to get the commission, thats how good her service and manner is.
She needs a promotion. Ive never dealt with a manager that handles me with that kind of proffessionalism and care. Thank you Charlene, you are a huge asset to Hirsches and i hope that they recognise that... They should have a guest complaints/compliments book in view at the store...
