On my previous complaints I have not held back as regards my disappointment. CELL C you should appoint Charlene to the head of your CRC division. She has come back with both good news and bad, but the point being she has kept me updated and answered questions as they have arisen. Charlene, thank you. Had it not been for you CELL C would have lost a client forever.
