Breach of contract and horrible customer service

Cell C sold me a contract and then charged me chargers according to a completely different contracts fees. I have been told that according to recordings they have proof that I was sold a bogus contract. I have spent the last 2-3 months trying to resolve this issue. I have dealt with three people. Teboho Mapheto; Sidefree Valoyi and Charlene Adams. Teboho Mapheto was a pleasure to work with but unfortunately lack of communication between departments and the fact that he is always unavailable have lead to a breakdown in discussions. Sidefree would probably be the most arrogant, obnoxious and condescending person I have ever dealt with if it was not for the contact I received from Charlene. I have lost business now due to the ridiculous service I have received from Cell C. I have asked to speak to someone higher up than Charlene but I have been told that they are not interested in speaking to me and that they are now unwilling to help me with my issue. They have told me to contact my lawyers. I am taking this as my last attempt to speak to someone, if I do not hear from someone, I will do as Cell C as told me, and I will contact my lawyers. I have spoken with the NCC and they back me.
