Hirsches Dont Place Order and Then Dont Refund

On 25 February, I placed and order with Hirsches for a Franke sink and tap & made an EFT payment. The consultant, Jonathan, informed me that the items would be ordered from the Durban branch and dispatched. He said that I would get the items within 3 days. After a week, I called the branch, to be informed that the items were on the truck and I would recieve them the following day. The next day I called and was told that the items were dispatched, but were not in JHB. Then my husband called and finally found out that Jonathan hadnt placed the order, and had been lying to me for 2 weeks. I then asked the store manager, Keith, to give me a refund. He said that it would be done immediately. 1 week later, I called to find out why the finds werent in my account. He blamed the head office and said that he would follow up and email me proof of payment immediately. I recieved no email. I have just called Hirsches again, and have been told that they will call me back. I know that they will not. I dont know how to take this further, as it appears the entire contingent of people at the Fourways branch are incompetent liars. Hirsches have had my money for a month now & are the worst store ever.
