I returned NCIS Season 9 (it was zoned for viewing outside of SA, it should never have been sold to me, but that's a separate issue) because I couldn't view it.
I sent them an email, they arranged collection the next day, they kept me informed the entire way through via email and finally advised that they had received the DVD and had credited my account.
Whilst I really want to view season 9 - it is apparently is not available in this country as yet... the entire incident (which I was dreading) was actually painless - well done!
