On the 16th of June I was in an accident with one of your customers and your company contacted me regarding a third party claim. The claim was approved and you send me settlement agreement forms which duly completed and emailed back to Charlene on August 26 and to date have never had feedback. I have called your contact centre and I am told I've been told Charlene is the only person who can assist me. I send her email and she doesn't have the decency to respond. i spoke to Leoni and she promised to get Charlene to contact me. Charlene is incompetent and arrogant. I am not begging you for hand-outs, I just want to know when the money will be paid into my bank account, if you are not willing to pay then you must let me know and I'll sue V Singh, your customer for damages. Charlene your service is pathetic and you are giving your company a bad name.
