Blacklisted for R8.00

I paid the account in May of 2011 to clear and close. Since 2011, Sheet Street did not contact me to inform me of an oustanding balance of R8.00 Not once since then did I receive an account or notice of being handed over due to the missing R8.00. They blacklisted me in ITC.Which should have been done according to the credit act! The Debt collecting company said they are shocked at this and can't believe it either. To ruin someone's credit record for R8.00 WITHOUT notice is ridiculous and spiteful!
