I AM LIVID THAT SHEET STREET HAS NOT RECTIFIED AND UPDATED MY PAYMENT PROFILE FOR THESE LAST FEW MONTHS AS I AM STILL RECEIVING A SMS TO SAY MY PAYMENTS ARE NOT UP TO DATE, I REQUESTED JACKY TO SEND ME PROOF OF MY NEW BALANCE LAST MONTH ONCE YOU HAVE UPDATED MY PAYMENT RECORD FROM MY BANK STATEMENT THAT I EMAILED TO JACKY AND SHE NEVER DID, I GAVE HER THE BENEFIT OF DOING SO UNTIL I RECEIVED AN SMS AGAIN YESTERDAY. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME OR I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER STEPS.
