I appreciate your assistence in resolving my issue with Morkels. I was informed by the branch manager that the issue has been resolved as it is stated in their response to you. Now I would like them to send me proof that the old account has been cancelled. I would also like them to clear or update my credit record as it is still not updated as yet.
