Putting a dent on my credit record for no reason

I took furniture at Morkels jabulani mall last year June on credit and they took time to deliver, I then decided to cancel the whole thing and filled out all the required documents for cancelling. They debited money from my account and I went back to sort it out with them, they promised me it will never happen but it did, I had to go back to them again then eventually it stopped, but now my problem is that I applied for a loan at the bank and when they view my ITC it shows a red mark made by Morkels, i am up to date with all my creditor and they making my profile look bad for no reason because I did not even take their goods. Please help
