Updating cdredit record

I just called African Bank and spoke to a man Moses requesting him to update my credit record. I settled 3 accounts with them on 29 April. His response: We can not update your status on our system because you still have to pay one installment on your other loan. My installment is up to date but on my credit record it show not updated. WHY CAN AFRICAN BANK NOT UPDATE MY CREDIT RECORD ON MY ICT?
