I have been communicating with customer care consultants from JDG/Morkels,
Morkels is updating my experian record incorrectly.
It says I am 5 months in arrears, and the last update was 05/2012. When I ask them why are they not updating experian, no one gives me an answer.
Can you please update my experian record as this is reflecting ver bad on my financial status
