21% interest on account is a bit excessive

I was looking forward to opening an Edgara account over the weekend, until the clearwater representitive told me that I would be paying an extra 21% interest on all my purchases, regardless of when I settle my account, and that I would have to take out all goods on the 12 month terms. I am a personal shopper and spend a copious amount of money on clothes each month, but with interest rates like these I'll find somewhere else to shop.
