Incredibly rude and not willing to help

Yesterday I went to Pick n Pay Park Medows to buy a cleaning set advertised. When I got there one of the advertised products was not included as it was in the weekly brochure. When I requested help I was told sorry but that is what was sent via the supplier, and was told they cannot do anything and I was told maybe I should drive to another branch! The attitude was appaling and there was NO effort to try and sort it out! Eventually someone did help but I was appaled at the way the other two "managers" handled the situation.
