4 Weeks ago Checkers had a Special on a Platinum 4 Slice Sandwich Press. I go there the Sunday and was told Sorry no stock - get a Rain Cheque. The weekend after it was advertised again - I again go to buy it - again NO STOCK - get a Rain Cheque. I also saw advertised buy 2kg Sunlight Auto Washing Powder and get 1kg free - NO STOCK. Also advertised Whole Chickens for R19.99 - NO STOCK - get Rain Cheques!!!
This passed week-end they advertised 750g All Bran for R29.99 and guess what - NO STOCK!!! Again I was told GET A RAIN CHEQUE!! I HAVE A FILE FULL OF CHECKERS RAIN CHEQUES and would need a bonus to buy in on all these items!! But guess what?? When I asked for a Rain Cheque for the All Bran - THEY HAD NO MORE STOCK OF RAIN CHEQUES!!! REALLY???
Checkers is not situated next to my house and I travel quite a long way to get to Checkers for all these suppose to be specials just to get told come back another time!
I find this totally UNACCEPTABLE and would appreciate some explanation!!!
