No stock on promotions

Your current specials have Miami Boerie Relish at R5, 99 a tin. I went to Checkers SP Pavillion 3 times now to get it - in 2 weeks, and still they dont have stock. Monday afternoon I flipped my lid in the store when again I was told they will be getting it in - promotion ends the 20th. There is not even a space allocated on the shelf for this special. I wanted to speak to the manager, just to get told that she left already, that was 10 past 5. I went to Checkers Columbine, just to get 1 tin on the shelf. numerous times i have gone to SP Pavillion for specials just not to find any instore. Previously i was given rain checks to collect when they do come in - which takes on avaerage 2 weeks. no i was told, they dont give out rain checks no more. How rediculious is this to get customers to go to stores just for false advertisements. they cannot even tell me when they WOULD get any in. every other product from Miami is on the shelf BUT THE SPECIAL!!!
