Unable to provide sale goods

For four consecutive times I went to the Checkers (cnr Dorp &Millstr) for the advertised Closure to Nature Tommee Tippee bottles. It was advertised for R119.99 for 3 240ml bottles. Twice I found no goods on the shelves and the third time a staff member told me it is out of stock. The fourth time I found this inexcusable since I came to the shop from the first day that the advert came out. I insisted to speak to the manager whom after a lengthy search found that the bottles were not delivered to the store. He gave me a "rain cheque" which I can redeem at any time regardless the price listed. It has been three weeks and this shop is still not having any stock.
