No stock on advertised specials

Hi, I went to PnP on 12 Sept to buy Wolftrap Red that was on special for R32.95. Unfortunately, they only had white in stock but gave me a rain cheque. The rain cheque was valid till for 30 days, but in that entire time, no stock of the Wolftrap Red was ever available to redeem the rain cheque. How can you advertise specials, not have stock and then never 1 one month get the stock so I can redeem the rain cheque at the special prices?
