I bought a samsung dishwasher in September 2013. after 1 week the door broke. Samsung came and replaced it with a new one. A few weeks later the same thing happened. Samsung came and said it must be taken back to Game and I will get a refund. I refuse to take it back after paying R250 delivery charge. I call the store and they say I must go in and choose another machine as mine is no longer valid. I drive into the store wasting petrol and time and choose a different machine. They promise to come and collect the broken one and replace it with a new one. After I leave the store I get a call saying they first need to collect the old one and only once that is back in store can they give me a new one. So I must sit and wait without a dishwasher. After 24 hours the new one arrives and is also faulty. I am now going onto my 4th machine from Game. Faulty products, no discount for the inconvenience and I can only get my money back if I drive into the store again! So currently game has my money and I am waiting for a dishwasher! Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Game take no responsibility and I the customer have been without a functional dishwasher for weeks now!
