I bought a wall unit on the 2nd of July 2013 as a surprise for my cousin on her house warming party. I paid via EFT from Absa and agreed on delivery to be done by the 6th of July. No contact was done with me by the stores until I phoned them on the 5th of July querying about the delivery. I was then told by the sales manager that the sales lady was on leave and my money hadn't cleared hence no delivery was done.
I went to their stores on the 8th, the sales lady and the sales manager were not available. Their credit consultant confirmed that the money actually appeared in their bank account on the 2nd of July. The acting sales manager told me that the wall unit was not in stock. I then requested a refund and he told me the credit manager was not available to do a refund.
Long story short, no refund has been done up to date and no communication with me has been done. The only time I get a feedback is when I phone their Credit Manager who has a very 'Bad attitude' and forever passing the Buc.
I have also tried to lodge a complaint with their head office customer service department and no one has followed up with my complaint.
