I recently cancelled my Edgars Club membership, but not my account, as I am no longer satisfied with the club. The monthly fee increases quite rapidly as compared to a couple of years ago, and I always battle to get some of my rewards due to me. Every year it is a battle to receive the birthday voucher - which I did not receive this year either. We were informed that the voucher would be loaded as extra points, then I was informed that a voucher would be mailed, and upon my last enquiry I was informed that the birthday voucher now only occurs once-off, after joining the club, and it no longer applies annually... What is going on?
