Somebody is lying to me

Good day,

As from March this year, I have been querying a very simple matter. Your web site indicates that club members would receive a voucher on their birthday month. As I did not receive such, I queried it at the Gateway branch as well as mailed the company. The lady at the club desk looked at me as if I was talking nonsense and said that there is no such thing. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS TO DATE. Sent another today.
May I also query the benefit regarding Dream Nails and Body. There too, I was told there was no such thing and was therefore not given a discount.
Kindly enlighten me on the above...
