Fantastic Service by a teller at a till point

I was pleasantly surprised when I was assisted by a teller today. She was very helpful, gave me the specials and sent the packer to check if the other products that were on promotion were still in stock. She also have me money saving alternatives to what I had purchased in the vegetable section. My past experiences were no that pleasant and I spend a lot of money at Shoprite every month. Well done to her! She is a perfect example of what customer service is all about.
