Shocking Customer Service!

I visited Game in Northgate on Sunday, the 28th of April 2013. I was interested in purchasing an external hard drive. When I arrived in the relevant section there was 1 person who looked like he was responsible for helping customers and he was busy with someone else. After waiting for a considerable amount of time to be helped (he never so much as glanced my way) I went into your PC section to look for someone. The guy there was blatantly RUDE when I enquired with regards to the WD 3 TB which is advertised by Game but clearly not capable of delivering on their promises (he told me that the product has been suspended). Then proceeded to shout something in an African language to the guy responsible for the drives (who continued to ignore me). When I looked again everyone simply had walked away from the section refusing to help me. I was prepared to purchase another external drive (one that was actually in stock) had your customer service been better. GAME WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!
