Where is the stock and the staff

Hi, I went to Game in Bethlehem to purchase the Arial soap powder that is on special. There was no stock of this item, but a lady offered me a call-back voucher. I went to information to obtain a voucher but was asked if I could come back before the special ends. I declined and asked for the voucher and was told that IF he can find the barcode, he will give me a voucher. he then proceeded to call a "Sampie" on the intercom. After waiting easily 10 minutes with staff running around looking for Sampie, he eventually made an appearance. He then proceeded to give a bar code, which turned out to be the WRONG one. I was also told that Game Headoffice place the special and never sent the stock?? First of all you cannot advertise something and then not have stock, and then no one in that entire store but SAMPIE who was nowhere to be found, can find a barcode on a print out, and then it is still incorrect. Awaiting your urgent response and a valid voucher!
