Pricing and attitude needs attention

I went to Pick n Pay Constantia Village yesterday and bought a container of Osem Mushroom Soup powder. I saw on the shelf talker that it was R62, 99. When I got home I happened to check my till slip and I had paid R83, 99! Today I took my slip back, but did not take the soup mix as I had already opened it. I went to customer service and explained to Anastasia what had happened. She told me I had to walk to the shelf with her and show her as I could have been mistaken! I went with her and showed her. She was very off and made me feel like I had done something wrong. At the till I asked if it was policy to refund the whole amount considering I had paid over R20 more. She very off handedly told me no, I should have brought the actual product in. I have complained about her attitude before, as friends and I have been put off shopping at this store because of her. Obviously no change to her attitude and I will in future rather shop at friendly PnP Plumstead!!!
