2 Months and STILL waiting

I bought my couches from Russells in Benoni about 2 - 3 months ago. I had my couches for about 2 weeks when i phoned to collect one of the 3 couched to repair a torn unit. Its now been 2 months and i still don't have it back. Every time i phone somebody who would like to take responsibility they give me another story. I don't really know how long it can take to drop off a couch. Apparently its fixed and in the workshop and the problem with them. They either have poor quality goods that they have too many units to repair or they just don't give a.
I want the rest of the couched picked up and deal cancelled.
