Victor the assessment received showed that they did the same thing they did when I brought the TV in which means they have no solution to what is causing the TV to switch itself off. I expected a solution on that assessment but got none. It is clear that this is a never ending problem that I cannot live with-it is highly unfair considering I bought the TV in cash. I would like to be refunded so I can go somewhere else to buy a TV which will not cause me head-aches. This is too exhausting considering the tv is forever in repairs or off at home.
