Pricing Of Products an ongoing problem

Good day,

I would like to bring the following to your attention. I was shopping at your Westgate store yesterday for a birthday present for my son and noticed a Take Along Tool Cart priced at R259.00 on a gondola end. I proceeded to pay for this and was told that the item costs R449.00. The cashier asked me to show her where I got the item from. When we got to the gondola end the shelf talker had been removed. Obviously one of the staff member noticed me taking the item and took the shelf talker off. I have got a photograph of the item on the shelf with the shelf talker clearly present that I took to show my wife what I planned to buy.

When I complained to the cashier that the shelf talkers are always a problem in this store she said I must pay the price as stated on the point of sale. Staff Management were listening to our conversation and did absolutely nothing to enquire what the issue was.

I will definitely think twice before buying from Game again as I have been a regular customer in the past.

I wonder if anyone will respond to this. Anyway lets see.
