Pick 'n Pay
Incorrect pricing, Policy on apply when they feel

I am aware of Pick n Pay's policy re wrong prices and that the item should be reversed from your bill, or refunded, had previous experience with Pick n Pay regarding this. Yesterday I went to Sunwardpark Boksburg Pick n Pay and purchased wine, on checking my slip I noticed that I had been over charged, (as usual). when I returned today and pointed it out on the till slip there was a lot of hoo ha and a loud debate for a long time in a language I don't understand, eventually I was refunded the difference and told the return policy does not apply to alcohol, NO WHERE does it state that in their store, we just PAY, and they PICK the excuse for not honouring their so called customer protection policy against wrong pricing, incompetence crossed with arrogance and a middle finger!? Last time I shop there, plain and simple.
