STILL RECIVED A CALL AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE

Every month a debit order of R1300 goes off my account to pay russells howvever I still receive a call from them stating that no payment has been made and i am actully over pay the account.so i ould like t know why i am getting a call even though i have made a payment regards less of my account been in arreas i am still making a payment.this is very bad as i would not refer any one to the company to buy goods.
