I sent numerous e mails to change my banking details, I even spoke to Dedre that is the Financial Area Manager. My furniture account is 100% up to date, but my loan account, the account that this query is about, is a disaster, because the staff is incompetent and cannot change my debit order details. A collector was sent to my house to collect R 3000, and I was phoned today by a call centre consultant named Chalton, that demanded payment and said I must sort out the debit order at the branch. I asked him to fix the debit order that's been a query since October 2012, and his reply was that it is not his problem, he only needs a payment on or before this Friday. I cannot believe that this big group, the JD Group, cannot even change a debit order's details. I pay interest and lose points on ITC due to the ignorance and incompetency of staff. I demand a statement on my personal loan and all interest to be reversed, as well as a letter to ITC to rectify my credit record. Failure to meet my request, will result in a formal complaint at the CPA / NCA and I will contact CARTE BLANCE, maybe then JD Financial Services will start to render a service... I mailed all my e mails to Chalton.
