I purchased a Dell XPS L502X laptop at the beginning of January last year. Within the first 6 months of usage, I had issues with the GPU. Upon calling the store, I was told to call Dell directly to sort out the issue. My motherboard was then replaced with a refurbished one. Since then, I've had a hard disk drive replacement and 2 further motherboard replacements all with the same GPU freezing issue. The latest being replaced with a broken WiFi card.

The laptop was given back to the store to sort out and now, after almost 3 weeks, they come up with every excuse to not refund me or replace my machine with a new one. Last week, a lady by the name of Dudu (very helpful) who was handling the warranty case informed us that both Dell and Incredible Connection have no records of when the first service was done. She went on to further state that Incredible Connection would have refunded or replaced my laptop had the first motherboard replacement been within the first 6 months of purchase. Now, after having provided the service call references that had been sent to me by Dell, apparently there's nothing that can be done and I'm now apparently going to lose my warranty? Utte
