Worst service EVER!!!

Considering buying a Dell laptop!!?? Don't!!! Here is why: After a year that I bought my laptop it crashed in such a manner that a Dell technician could not fix the laptop. Before i get to real good stuff, this technician first showed his face on Friday late afternoon after I logged this complain on thursday last week and the technician did not pitch on that following Wednesday as promised by Dell. The technician wasn't able to fix my laptop, so generally I would receive a new laptop seeing that I have a 3 year warranty??? Finally Monday came and guess what I had to phone Dell again to get this problem sorted (NOT DELL phoning me I HAD TO Phone THEM!!!). Eventually After I had yet lost another day without a laptop, they told me that I qualify to get a new laptop with this little (yet expensive) catch: I have to drive to Potchefstroom where I bought the laptop from Pretoria where I currently live to get my new laptop. Appart from the inconvenience of driving 400km to get my new laptop Dell told that should they not have that same laptop and a newer version is available I have to pay the difference.

I will never buy a Dell product again, and neither should you reading this
