5 Months ago i sent an email to parmalat about their longlife milk, I had just taken my son off formula and switched him over to regular milk. We were buying about 6 cartons of the long life milk a month, so that was 6x6. About 30L of the everfresh milk every month if not more, my son really liked the parmalat milk and was very fussy if we changed it or bought anything else, and to our surprise the one month in all 6 cartons about 4L was already curdled when we opened the boxes up. So i did what any person would have done and i sent an email to bring it to their attention and to my disgust didnt get a reply for 5 weeks. When someone finally did call me i had to tell my story all over again and and i had even kept the boxes for them incase they wanted to test them, who knows. So the lady, very rudely, took all my details and without a thank you said that they would be corresponding via post. and it is now 3 months later and still nothing. We have since changed our brand and no longer purchase anything with the parmalat logo on, and i mean nothing.
