Ring the bell for Dell!

My 3 year warranty period has a year to go.

1. I thought after 2 years use it would be a good idea to have the dust blown out of the CPU fan. They came to my home and totally replaced the entire cooling assembly - for free!

2. My laptop suddenly would not turn on. I noticed that the lid hinge was loose and reported it to Dell. The power supply socket is near the hinge so I thought something had come loose. Dell came and replaced the entire cover assembly as well as the switch. But I had to pay for this as it was classified as normal wear and tear. But this replacement didn't solve the problem. So Dell replaced the entire motherboard for free and gave me a refund for the the cover and switch!

So guess who I'm going to buy my next laptop from?
