I brought my car for assessment and I was promptly attended by the assessor Shaun who also offered me refreshments while I waited for the assessment to be complete. He did a thorough job including photographing and recording the overall state of the car before it would be taken in for service. The assessment was within the 20 minutes he had indicated.
