Very Bad Service!!

May car got hit by the hail storm on the 28 August 2013 and i reported this the next day on the 29 Aug 2013. I was told to take my car for an assessment at a particular Company on the 03 Dec 2013 but when i got there they didnt have my appointment documents (apparently no appointment was set with them for my car) but they assessed my car anyway, later that day i received a call form a different company wanting to schedule my car for an assessment! *mix up* The person who was handling my claim said i dont have to take it for an assessment again as he will get the report form the particular company as they work together. to this day i haven't heard anything or received the assessment report. i have been calling and emailing to no response. so dissapointed and annoyed with this horrible service!!!
