In April I paid my Russels account, I phone in twice to find out my Seattle amount was. I even when into the store and ask so I paid my account up. In the end of June they phone me and said I still have a outstanding balance on my account. I phone the head office saying that I paid my account, then they said they looking in to the matter I must not worry. I phone again a week later they said they still busy. Yesterday I got a sms saying I must pay my Russels account if not it will lead to extra costing. I phone the head office asking what's going on they could not help me I phone 4 departments til someone said they will find out what's going on, they took my number and never got back to me. I phone the store to day and the lady at the store said she's going to help me, she phone me back and said Porche said I'm Liable to pay it even thought the store made a mistake on there side.
