Delivery Charges and search plug

Good day,
I opened a account at the store. I've purchase a side by side fridge, 32" tv. The salesman put a single search plug on the contract. The value of the goods was R 12000.00. Delivery charges R 1215.00 for 3 kilometers. When receiving the contract i went to the store manager and said i am not paying that amount for delivery charges. She said i must know that they had to collect the items from the warehouse and she could remove the search plug and cancell and re-write the transaction. She doesn't seems to be very helpfull and I told her this is the last time for me shopping at Russels. The account was opened in December 2012 and I already paid R8355 on the account. On my contact the total amount due to Russels is R 28 504.25. Initiation fee of R 600
The store manager, a lady said that she could do nothing about the delivery, only the search plug. I've purchase a large search plug from another company, which could take 12 plugs and at Russels, only could take one plug for the same amount. I don't want this search plug and i am prepare to paid delivery charges but not R 1215 for 3 kilometers. It is not my problem if they had to collect goods from another store or warehouse.
