I have never had sush a bad experience with any store, i had a account with Russels and on the 15/01/2013 the account was settelet by FNB, since then I am continuasly being harassed by russels account section on when am I going to pay my account, i whent to Russels Whiteriver and spokr to a lady named Linda Williams and showed her the proof that it has been setteled, she on numeras occations phoned and faxed the proof through to head office and asked that thy send me a proof from there side that my account was setteled, till now I have not gotten any letter, instead I get phoned about every day by somebody new as to what my problem is and why I am not paying my account, i feel like I am harassed by Russels employees, i was again cailed today by a male employee who was so rude to me, lucky the calls are recorded, he actuly put the phone down while I was still talking to him, i think his name was Andille at about 14:43 from phone number 0315375505, i think that it is unacceptable and thy have put my name up as a bad payer, i think it is time to go to the media and expose this bad service, a payment of R8334.14 PAID into account no 1002130081 JD group
