Paid up lette

So I was told my account has been handed over when I phoned the head office and I paid up the account and even paid extra them I was told I'm owing 1rand and can't get my paid up letter but I had extra in my account and next thing I'm sent to the store the whole week for merely a letter and when I get to the store I find incompetent staff with only one landline phone to phone head office and I'm told I don't owe anything so when I get home to request a letter its 100rand and I paid it then waiting 2days for a letter they said they sent I phone then all of a sudden I owe 1rand this is frustrating and staff must be trained coz they all clueless... I need my paid up letter coz I kept my side of the deal
