No response to Hello Peter 2307130140/GO

I received a call from a Edcon consultant advising me that my Jet clothing account will be unblocked. My card is still blocked and my name is still under debt review. This service is pathetic, I am disappointed and I am disgusted by the way this matter is treated. I will be escalating this to the Ombudsman
