Terrible Service

Went into Hi-Fi Corporation to buy a Laptop. I paid cash, as i took the cash out of my handbag i counted the
money before giving it to the cashier who also then counted the money. She gave me my receipt and we left. We were standing in the pet shop when the cashier came running in telling me that I didn't give her enough money. I had to go back to Hi-Fi Corporation where me and my 3 children had to wait till about 19h00 for them to try and sort it out. After this I was very upset and told them that I didn't want the goods anymore and that I want my money back as this was disgusting service and not an error on my side. They further advised me that I will only get my money paid back to me today. Not the full amount that I've given but the amount that the cashier was short. This was the first time I was going to buy from Hi-Fi Corporation and this will definitely be my last.
