I stay in Goodwood and do my shopping at Tygervalley, purchased my weeks groceries, lamb, chicken ect.
Lamb price per kilo on sticker 59.96p/KG total 135.15 weight 1.8811kg. I was actually charged 64.99p/kg
Same story with the chicken price per Kg wrong.
Is this your general attitude to rob the customers that support you since you have opened?
I bought a few of these packs and to drive to have the credit done has cost me more than the actual credit.
Why must the customer drive to you so that you can correct the mistake this is all at the lost of the customer.
I expect a written apology and compensation for driving up and down to sort out your mistake.
